Product Return and Refund Policy
DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY accepts and ships physical product orders only to customers within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawai, United States territories and Canada. No shipments can be made to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses, or addresses outside the above listed countries. You may not export any products purchased at DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY.

DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY only accepts orders and ships products to end user customers and DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY Business Aliance members.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY purchase of a product, please contact Customer Support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. This timeframe includes shipping duration. DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY will perform a receiving inspection on the item(s) being returned. The time frame for this part of the process is between 7 - 21 days, excluding Sundays. All returns must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any lab report(s) documentation that shipped with the product. Products ordered will have a NRIR (Not Returnable If Removed) label affixed to them. If this label is removed, altered, broken, etc. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN. If the item is returned unopened in the original box with the NRIR label not tampered with, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges, handling and re-stocking fees.

How to request a refund
Within 7 days of receipt of your product:
1. Contact info@diamondluxjewelry.com to make arrangements for a return
and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
4. A refund* will be processed (if all return criteria is met) within 6 - 8 weeks of receipt of the
product at DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY and completion of the incoming inspection process
described in the Return & Refund section above, if applicable.
NOTE: DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY recommends that you:
1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and
2. Either insure your package for safe return to DIAMONDLUX JEWELRY or
declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely
protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure
or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any
loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx offer
tracking.
